Clients are provided with a safe and confidential, and non-judgemental environment in which they are encouraged to talk freely about their own concerns or issues.
Counselling and psychotherapy helps with the personal development of the client by helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their current issue while also providing practical tools and techniques to help in deal with their issue or concern.
