Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that it is possible to re-balance your energy flow, giving relief to the symptoms you are experiencing.

Alongside the treatment I usually recommend some diet and lifestyle changes to help with the process. The number of sessions required depends on the individual, the condition and length of time the client is experiencing symptoms.
