Health is more than the absence of sickness. I believe health is the most important thing in life. It is a gift and therefore must be taken care of. Its easily taken for granted until there is a problem. Stress is one of the major contributors to ill health. It impacts your hormones, digestion, sleep, nervous system as well as every other body system. It is sometimes not recognised as a major contributor to ill health. By treating, educating and coaching my clients on the importance of good nutrition, body movement and clear thinking, it gives the individual the tools to regain their vitality, health, a good mental state and opportunity to enjoy life. I do this through dietary advice, acupuncture and coaching.

I have been practicing complimentary therapies since 2003. I am a strong believer in the power of knowledge and education and therefore I continue to train and upskill on an ongoing basis to better serve the people who come to me for help.
My approach is a holistic one. I recognise the impact acute chronic health conditions has on all aspects of health. I believe physical symptoms, mental health and emotions all have an effect on each other, which is often overlooked.
I am passionate about helping others help themselves. I strive to help clients understand how to take care of themselves and their families through educating, treating, advising and empowering them. I am a strong believer in self-care and knowing how to take care of all aspects of health. I encourage clients to recognise the power they have to take back control of their health and vitality and to recognise patterns that has led them to their current state.
